Redeemer recently celebrated our 50-year anniversary. Our church started as a place for people moving into the area to find a church home for their families and build deep friendships.
Throughout the years we have held to this journey in faith. Generations of families have grown up here, been baptized, confirmed and married. We truly are one big family in Christ.
So in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. Romans 12:5
Our doors are always open to everyone. We invite you to visit and worship with us, the heart of our life together, either 8am or 10:45am with Sunday School at 9:30am for preschool through adult. In June – August we switch to summer hours which are 8am and 9:45am services and no Sunday School. Between services in the summer we have Breakfast on the Lawn. It is a long standing tradition of a breakfast together in fellowship enjoying the sunshine and warmth of the summer.
Who We Are:
Biblically Focused
We have always been rooted in a strong faith foundation. We believe in the Bible as the inspired word of God with the power to guide, lead and change lives. It provides our backbone for church life and worship, is a profound source of wisdom, encouragement for daily life and allows us to grow in our understanding and relationship to God himself.
Passion for Service
Our members volunteer on numerous ministries both in the church and the local community. We believe strongly in a having a servant heart. We strive to create multiple opportunities for adults, youth and children at Redeemer to follow in Jesus’ footsteps through acts of service.
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me. Matthew 25:35
Living a Life Led by Jesus Christ
By building our relationship with God at church, home and away from home we can then lead out lives by following Jesus Christ’s example. This is no easy task and we struggle with the temptations of every day life. Each day we seek to do our best to keep our hearts filled with the Holy Spirit and hands guided by Jesus Christ.
I trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding. In all my ways I acknowledge Him and He directs my paths. Proverbs 3:5-6
