Room reservation for non-church events

Welcome to Redeemer!

We are honored to have your group here as our guests. Please keep in mind that these rooms are used by several different groups, and we extend our hospitality to each of you to share. Please work together and cooperate with the many people you will meet as you use our space.

• Please leave our church as you found it.
• Return anything that has been moved to its proper place.
• Clean up any messes. Wipe up tables and vacuum the floor as needed. A vacuum and brooms are available in the utility closet in the kitchen.
• Take all trash & recycling to the fenced enclosure at the east end of the building. Additional trash bags are available in the kitchen.
• Exterior doors must remain locked at all times and your group must post a person at the entry door to let people in for your event.
• Turn off all lights when you leave.

Every effort will be made to accommodate you at our church. However, due to unforeseen church events (e.g. funerals), we reserve the right to change the location and possibly the timing of your event.

If you have any issues or problems that require immediate help while you are here, please contact Pastor Joel or another designated person.

Please contact the church a week prior to your event. We will ask you to visit the church during office hours (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday) to go over the usage policies. We will talk about access to the church, cleanup, any setup needs, unlocking and locking the doors, and other issues.
